Please note that this penthouse is on the highest floor in the Imperial Hawaii Resort Hotel. It is on the 28th floor which is one floor above the 27th floor pool deck. To get to the 28th floor you will need to get to the 27th floor and walk up one flight of stairs to get to this special penthouse floor. There are 3 elevators and only one elevator goes directly up to the 27th pool deck floor. But, all three elevators go to the 26th floor. The 26th floor has guest access to walk up to the pool deck floor on the 27th floor.Doorman will assist in luggage transfer to your penthouse suite upon check in and check out. Tip is not included. The 28th floor interior is also unique in the floor plan; It has an upper living area where from the main area of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen/dining is on same level as it's entry door. Then from the kitchen/Dining area it has a short flight (just a few steps) to an elevated living room area which is spacious and offers a panoramic view of the ocean and wonderful sunset!
