Private entrance, come & go without disturbance. Located 3 min. to hiking, fishing, bike riding, plenty of room to park an RV or horse trailer if needed. Whatever outdoor activity you like or if you just want to relax. Bailey only 10 min away. The Deer Creek Valley Ranch wedding venue is 10 min's away. Gateway to fall foliage visiting beautiful views of Guanella Pass & Kenosha Pass. Slaughterhouse, Red Rocks & Bandimere Speedway are short drives for events. Enjoy the mountains for a getaway.
Events: Harvest @ Bailey Disk Golf Course, The Deer Creek Ranch Wedding Venue is 5 min away, mountain biking trails, Pine Valley Park, Pine Lake and Deer Creek Trails are short and very scenic drives. Staunton State Park and family fishing ponds are only 15 minutes away. My neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and family friendly. Hiking, fishing, winery and restaurants.
