We are really passionate about three things, travel, golf, and making others feel really pampered. We sincerely enjoy hosting guests and as experienced travelers ourselves we've tried to incorporate our favorite amenities into each of our studios. We purchased Remington Flats in December 2016 and although the previous owner was excellent, we've found a few areas to make improvements. Being Colorado and Fort Collins natives helps us provide the most authentic experience for our guests. Let us pamper you!

We have an excellent location with amazing walkability. We are located across the street from CSU and just a few blocks from Historic Old Town Fort Collins which offers great dining, nightlife, and cafes. So many choices in the “Choice City”! Some of our favorite places include New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies, Jax Fish House for amazing culinary delights, the acclaimed margarita’s at The Rio as well as many bars featuring free live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Love breakfast? Try Little Bird Bakery, Snooze or Luciles. Our House Manuals have extensive information including restaurant recommendations, walking-biking maps, as well as cultural information.
