Welcome to Reno Roost - This cottage home is a quiet retreat in Old SW Reno. Centrally located near Midtown, Reno’s trendiest neighborhood, the river, parks (like Idewild for Food Truck Fridays!), river-walk district and downtown, Mid-Town, the river district, & all things fun! A great place to hang your hat when the day comes to an end. Amenities include a Fire-Pit, Bikes, outdoor kitchen, snowshoes, fitness/yoga area, W/D, garage, and an office with great Wi-Fi speed. Ample space for a small family or two couples: up to four guests. Private fenced yard with a Fire-pit, comfy seating and gathering areas, PARKING: The garage is SMALL. There is ample driveway parking for two cars, easily, and street, too, but the garage is only 6' wide and only a mini cooper or smart car fit! NO MEDIUM OR LARGE AUTO/TRUCK PARKING IN GARAGE! No Pets Absolutely No Smoking - inside or out on our property, please Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 9PM to 9AM Bikes have locks, but not helmets. We employ green efforts whenever we can. Re-use, Reduce, Recycle, Sustainability is forefront in our thoughts and offerings.
