This room is in a three bedroom apartment hosted by the landlord who lives in one of the rooms. The house is one minute away from.the beach and boardwalk and an amazing Gymn Park for exercises. The house is about seven minute walk to the A train and 5 minute walk to buses to other parts.of New York.
I like to play chess and Tennis and watch basketball and Football. Happy to teach Chess to anyone that wants to learn. Please text me in advance to make appointment.
Guests typically like walking to the beach, taking the boardwork to view scenarios around the area. Some guests, like using the field and open Gymn by the beach.
