Property info

This is a spacious 4 bedroom house with nautical vibes is just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Also a short 5 minute walk to Sanford center with great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house is well stocked and comfy. Board games aplenty & a big tv will keep the crew entertained (while you soak in the oversized tub). The big backyard is perfect for dogs. Two car garage access.

Neighborhood info

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown Sanford (about a quarter mile / 4 blocks). You'll have a 2 car garage and enough space in the driveway for at least 2 more cars. Driving around town easy, or just walk to downtown.
