We are Andrew and Tracy. We took all five units of this compound down to the studs in 2022 and rebuilt them, then furnished the casita from scratch in 2024. It is the one we kept for ourselves, and it is still where we stay when it is free, which is not often anymore. We know every detail in it, so when something is not right, we hear about it and we fix it. Message us any time. We answer fast.

Welcome to the owner's unit, our own casita on the hill in downtown Santa Fe. One room holds two queen beds, one of them a high-end sleeper sofa. There is a wood-burning kiva fireplace, restored original wood countertops, and a large private deck with a second fireplace and panoramic views over the city to the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen, a two-car garage, and a walled patio of your own. The Plaza is a 10 to 15 minute walk, so the car can stay parked.
