Searenity Stays is a well-appointed 3 bedroom home that makes it easy for you to walk to nearby beaches, playgrounds, and parks. Shopping and restaurants in Edgewater, Annapolis, and many other Chesapeake Bay communities are just a short car ride away. If you want a different kind of day trip, then Washington D.C., the National Harbor, and Baltimore are only about an hour away. Come enjoy your time with family and friends in this Chesapeake charmer! *Extra comfortable beds for 6 adults between the King, Queen, Full & Twin trundle. *Free hi-speed WiFi is included. *The kitchen is fully appointed. The dining table seats 8 (if you let us know in advance, we can have the cleaners put in an extra leaf to seat 10). *Kitchen appliances include coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, air fryer, hand mixer, popcorn maker, ice-cream maker, sandwich press, & crock pot. *Comfortable living room includes an electric fireplace and big-screen TV. Stream using your accounts. *Large capacity washer/dryer in the utility room along with an iron, ironing board, & clothes steamer. *Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, & hair dryers. *All linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, & comforters) and towels (beach, bath, hand,& washcloths) are provided. *Guests are given a unique, key-less entry code before arrival that allows them to lock and unlock the front and back doors during their reservation dates. *Large lawn areas in the front and back beckon, with the back yard fully fenced. There is a gas grill so you can cook out on the deck in the backyard (patio furniture will arrive by Spring of 2023). *If you have very small children and you tell us in advance, two additional guests can be accommodated for free with the toddler cot and a Pack 'n Play for a total capacity of 8 guests in the home. Other niceties for families with little ones include a high-chair, toddler booster seat, some books and games, nightlights, child-size plates, bowls, & silverware.

Welcome to Searenity Stays! It's our first vacation home and we love bringing our family here to get away from the DC area hustle. We furnished it with family, comfort, and calm in mind. We keep a boat on the Chesapeake and love that having the house makes it easier for family and friends to join us for a relaxing evening after excursions out on the water. We love to entertain and have equipped the kitchen and dining spaces to facilitate preparing and sharing a lovely meal together. Searenity Stays is nestled in the secluded Saunders Point neighborhood about 30 minutes from Annapolis, Maryland. It's perfect for guests who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the Chesapeake Bay. One of the things we love most is how calming it is to leave the car in the driveway and stroll three blocks to Saunders Point, where there's a private HOA community deck and beach that our guests are welcome to use. Maryland's natural shoreline woods and marshes are also a short distance away at either Mayo Beach Park or Beverly Triton Nature Park, which both have playgrounds and public facilities. (It's important to note that on some days, these parks require an online pass to be completed in order to access the park via car so be sure to check online before you go!) Note that those two parks are closed to cars on certain days of the year, but walking-in is allowed. If you have little ones with you and want to stay a bit closer to the house for an excursion, they can get their wiggles out on the playground down by the Big Pond. To get to Big Pond at the end of the driveway, just take a left and go down a couple blocks.
