Sleeping Bear Riverside Cabins offers five charming Northern Michigan cabins nestled along the picturesque Platte River. Located on US-31, our cabins provide easy access to stunning natural scenery and water activities. Each cabin is heated and available for year-round rental. They come equipped with a kitchen stocked with basic cooking and dining utensils, a living room, and a full bathroom. Enjoy modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a television with live streaming options, including Hulu and Disney. Cabin #1 features a TV in the bedroom, while the other cabins have theirs in the living rooms. Cabin #3 boasts a cozy electric fireplace. While there’s no air conditioning, portable fans are available during the summer. Cabin Details: Cabin #1: The largest, all-in-one uni. Cabins #2 & #3: Private units in a duplex setting. Cabins #4 & #5: Also private duplex units, with Cabin #5 offering the most shade and seclusion. Please note that the cabins are near the road, which may result in some noise, particularly for Cabins #1, #2, and #3. If you prefer a quieter experience, Cabins #4 and #5 are closer to the river and feature lovely views. We are dog-friendly and allow up to two dogs per reservation (no other pets permitted). If you plan to bring your furry friends, please ensure they are included in your reservation to apply the pet fee correctly. Shared Amenities Include: Two riverside decks with outdoor furniture for relaxing by the Platte River -An outdoor bonfire ring -A propane grill -An outdoor picnic table The river offers a variety of recreational opportunities! While the current can be strong, the shallow water is perfect for wading and refreshing dips. You can also fish, kayak, or canoe directly from the property. Parents should supervise children closely, as the current can be swift. Our resort provides a comfortable getaway in a scenic location!

The cabins are conveniently located near Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Traverse City, Interlochen, Crystal Lake, Beulah, Crystal Mountain, Frankfort, and Lake Michigan. Plus, the Platte River flows right through the backyard!
