Company info

Courtney Paulsen-Martin became owner and manager of Somerset House Inn as of February of 2022. It had been Courtney’s life-long dream to own an inn in a small coastal town. Once she started frequenting Provincetown, and after purchasing a home here in 2017, she knew she’d found what she was looking for. While Courtney’s experience in traditional hospitality may be limited, she brings with her transferable skills from a 20+ year career as an administrator in higher education, specifically in the areas of residential education, housing, and student support services at Bentley University and Boston University. Creating inclusive and welcoming environments for people from all around the world and connecting them to the experiences they seek and resources they need has always been Courtney’s true passion. It is Courtney’s hope that you will come and stay with her and the fantastic team at Somerset House Inn where you will be welcomed, feel like you are staying with family, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
