Guests must follow all local laws.

Guests must respect neighbors and property rights. Disturbances can result in immediate termination of the stay.

The property cannot be used for illegal or commercial purposes, including sub-leasing or exceeding the agreed occupancy.

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during their stay.

The owner may refuse entry or evict guests without a refund if illegal activity or potential damage is suspected.

Parking is limited to designated areas only.

Events (parties, celebrations, and meetings) require prior written consent from the owner. Unauthorized events can result in termination without a refund, and unauthorized parties will be charged USD 500.

The owner or their representatives may access the property with reasonable notice, except in emergencies.

Guests cannot make changes to the property without written consent from the owner.

Guests must be 21 years or older to book. Reservations by those under 21 years will be declined.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 on weekdays and 23:00 to 08:00 on weekends.

This is a shoe-free home; please remove your shoes upon entering.

Outdoor security cameras are installed; do not tamper with them.

The use of drones and fireworks is prohibited on the property.

Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of USD 500, with an additional USD 200 fee if smoke is detected after the stay.

Please wash your dishes.

Take out the garbage to the bins outside upon check-out.

We officially don’t provide a grill but if you see one, you can use it, even though we don’t provide it in our amenities. You must supply your own propane and grilling essentials and clean it after use. A USD 100 fee will be imposed if the grill is not cleaned properly.

Every 14 days, we require an additional cleaning at your cost.

Please note that late check-out without permission will incur a charge of USD 50 for every 15 minutes.

By agreeing to these terms, guests waive and hold the owner harmless from any damages or injuries during their stay, including loss of valuables.

Additional policies such as rates and fees, check-in/out time, cancelations, minimum stay, smoking, pets, maximum guests allowed, children and age, security deposit, etc., will be according to the house rules or the reservation policies, which are provided separately by the owner.

Bonus Room will incur an additional fee.

Game room: Pool table, darts, basketball arcade game, and foosball table.

Home theater setup: A couch with a queen pullout foam mattress and four black leather stadium-style seats with massage functions.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
