Enjoy the amazing experience of staying at Turtle Bay without resort pricing! Our condo has all the amenities you need, parking, AC, free wifi, washer and dryer. NEWLY RENOVATED condo in 2022 at Turtle Bay on Oahu's world famous North Shore. Enjoy more than 5 miles of secluded beaches, 3 private swimming pools, 2 private tennis and pickle ball courts, charcoal BBQ, 2 PGA golf courses, horseback riding, activity rentals and fine dining all less than a 5 minute walk from your front door! This 1Bed, + loft, 2Bath unit is Legal and licensed vacation rental on the North Shore! The first floor includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, open design to the living room with beautiful furniture. The living room also has a flatscreen TV and cable. Free WiFi is available throughout the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and pod-style coffeemaker. Stairs lead to the loft, which has an updated bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both floors have ceiling fans. A split-level AC unit cools the common rooms and loft. The master bedroom has individual AC. Beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and snorkeling gear are provided. Guests enjoy ample Kuilima complex perks, including three swimming pools with barbecue facilities, tennis courts and round-the-clock security staff.
