Welcome to your cozy and convenient Speedway basement retreat! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this accommodation is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, perfect for race enthusiasts, families, or anyone looking to explore the vibrant area. This basement has a living room, two queen beds, a renovated bathroom with double vanities, a kitchenette and dining table. Washer/dryer is also available, along with other extras such as Smart TV, ping pong table, and games. The property consists of two separate units: Unit A includes the top two floors, and Unit B (this listing) includes the basement. Each unit is completely private and has separate locking entrances. The property's exterior features, such as the back yard, are shared between the two units. If you would like to book the whole property (both units) please check our other listings for availability.
