You will book a freshly renovated private studio apartment within a house. Once booked please immediately check messages via the Booking App / Phone as I will send important directions, check in info and Wifi info. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and a sofa bed so it can sleep people together within the same space. There is a closet to hang clothes comfortable chairs a dining table/ work desk, chairs and a breakfast bar with high stools. There is a modern shower room and a large recently created 50 foot back yard. There is also free use of your own washer and dryer. Just provide your own washing detergent. Local shops are just a stones throw from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. Modern stylish radiators for when it's cold and electric fans for when it's hot. Urban diverse and vibrant local area. Exciting cafes, juice bars and restaurants under 5 minutes walk from the house. Friendly neighbourhood with park with Tennis, and outdoor Gym facilities also under 5 minutes walk from the house. You can walk or jog under 10 minutes to the expansive Liberty State Park which also features the iconic Statue of Liberty. The street is vibrant with working families who get out to work and to school early during the week. During the evenings there is often music and barbecues especially at the weekend during summer. But the area is safe with a large number of locals interspersed with a lot of tourists. This is Jersey City. You can walk to the Statue of Liberty or enjoy the local park, cafes and restaurants. Or take a light rail train, cycle or car ride into NYC or to the Path and Ferry that provides rapid access to Lower Manhattan and the Financial District.
