MY house is very safe and quiet, it is clean. The guest suite is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, linens, pillow cases and towels are fresh, bathroom is sanitized with bleach, bedroom furniture is wiped with much diluted bleach solution. Bed sheets are not changed during guest stay. Bath towels are changed every two days if you stay longer than two days. From my house, you can walk to the University of Chicago, and to many restaurants. You can rent a bicycle and tour around the campus or the lake size trail paths.
I like to meet people, I have traveled both in USA, Canada and European countries. My hobbies include, but not limit to, photography, classical music, fishing, trailing and biking.
The house is located next to the University of Chicago campus, the area is very safe. Restaurants, stores, groceries are in the walking distances. Industry and Science Museum, lake front are 10 minutes walk.
