Or, hop in the car and explore the area, including numerous parks, the Texas Sealife Center, the Performing Arts Center, and the Corpus Christi Country Club, all within 15 miles of this property. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, as well as a table for mealtimes or rainy day board games. Switch on the central air conditioning and kick back in your sunlit living area to watch TV. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the private washer/dryer and step outside to take in the abundant sunshine on your furnished patio. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
