Welcome to SunnyPeace Retreat – a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa located in the Sunnyside Villas section of The Village of Woodbury. This is a pet-free, smoke-free and vape-free home. Once you enter this home you will experience a sunny, welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. This patio villa is the perfect snowbird residence or comfort home for your vacation or business trip. This home is upgraded with sun roofs, vinyl plank flooring, modern faucets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet with a custom organization system. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large closet, and is conveniently located adjacent to the second bathroom. A additional smart TV is provided for your enjoyment in the spacious open-floor concept living and dining room area of the home. While you can have your meals at our formal dining table, our cute eat-in kitchen or granite countertop area with bar stools surrounding the kitchen are also options. The newly installed linoleum kitchen floor adds a vintage touch and air of nostalgia. SunnyPeace Retreat-where sun and peace fill your stay
