The convenience of restaurants, shopping, and adventure is unbeatable. Things to Know A queen-size sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. BARBEQUES/FIREPITS/OPEN FLAMES – The use of all open flame charcoal, gas barbeques, cooking devices, wood/gas firepits, fire tables or heating devices are prohibited on balconies, patios, or elevated walkways as well as under any outdoor overhanging (covered) structure or within 10 feet of the building. Electric grills are acceptable to use on balconies. The propane grills located in the community grill area are still available to use.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
