5 mins to Narragansett beach, 15 to Newport. Fully updated cottage with outdoor stone patio and covered deck for relaxation. Minisplits in every room for cooling/heating comfort. Queen and full beds plus adjustable couch. Laundry in unit. Short walk to deeded beach with boating access. Quiet neighborhood where you may stroll down to the river with your cup of coffee to enjoy the water view and sunsets.
