It’s a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. Only 5 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, for those that will be in town for a wedding. About 13 blocks to downtown Sanford, and a 12 minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex. Downtown Sanford is very safe and walkable. Rent a golf cart or drive downtown, there’s lots of parking!
