Just a friendly reminder, this is a Homestay. It is not a hotel. It's like an Airbnb. You are not booking the entire apartment. This is a shared space so you will be sharing the kitchen, living space, and the bathroom with others.
No minors or pets. Guests must be 18 or older. Keep it tidy. A professional cleaner visits once a week, but please clean up after yourself in the meantime. Shared spaces. The kitchen, bathroom, and living area are communal. If you plan to have another person stay, update your reservation to include them—no unregistered guests are allowed. No deliveries. Packages and mail often go missing. Please have shipments sent to a nearby locker (Amazon offers this option at checkout). No food in bedrooms. Eating or storing food in your room is not permitted.
