Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, incense, and other odor-producing items are not permitted on the property. If odor remediation is required, a fee will apply.

Spring Creek Trail is one of our favorite nearby places to walk, bike, or simply enjoy a little time outside. The paved trail winds through parks and natural areas, making it a lovely option whether you're looking for a quick stroll or a longer adventure. The Nest is conveniently located near CSU, making it an easy home base for campus visits, conferences, sporting events, performances, and graduation celebrations. Old Town, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and many of Fort Collins' most-loved destinations are all just a short drive away. You'll find plenty of ideas throughout this companion, whether you're looking for outdoor adventure, great food, or a quiet afternoon.
