This is a 3-4 Bedroom. It is typically a longer term rental for local UC students, but they actually have not been too hard on the ol' homestead. It's survived and has some good qualities. It is generally quiet inside as a well-built older home can be. It has quite a few trees on the sunny side so it stays cooler in the hot summer days. Ok ok, what I'm getting at cosmetically it is not a Better Homes and Gardens candidate (is that still a thing?), We don't have all the perfect matching doors, some fixtures need a bit adjusting, but it is generally clean and functional. Yes a little rustic feel with the interior fire place brick and there are many original things in it such as original windows, kitchen and bath tile, so I hope you think it a little charming (I know I'm pushing it now;). Solid newly remodeled bathroom (is my pride showing through) and the additional bathroom with what was described once as a "surfer's shower". If not a surfer that's ok we will pretend you are and give you a pass to use. I think it's like 3 feet square, but hey you're not gonna try to play volleyball in there right?

Short walk to the main Santa Cruz beaches and downtown / restaurants. We are in the medical field and sports/fitness arena, although I really enjoy providing a comfortable place for people to stay.

Nice quiet, typical Santa Cruz feel there. It's more than just a surfer's town anymore. Street consists of mostly regular families or students. It is a very peaceful area.
