There are many areas to have fun on these 13.5 acres of land (10 acres of protected mangrove/preserve and 3.5 acres uplands). Ideal for those who enjoy privacy, tranquility, connection with nature, and star-watching. - Please note that there is a locked room in the house being used by the owner and you won't have access to it. - There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house. - You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form by the cardholder, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. - This property requires an energy contribution payment of 0.22 cents per kWh plus tax. A hold of 15 dollars per day is required and will be placed on your card before your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. - Your resort fee includes Carefree Damage Protection, covering accidental damage that may occur during your stay subject to certain terms and conditions, up to a specific amount. The home is located in Saint James City which is on the southern part of Pine Island, FL. Pine Island has so much wildlife, and we are near the Tropical Point Park, Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve, and Galt Preserve. These parks and preserves feature miles of hiking trails, fishing pier, boardwalks, incredible views of the water and surrounding wildlife, kayak launch, picnic tables, public restrooms, and even a small beach. There are also some colorful restaurants nearby such as Froggy’s and The Waterfront Restaurant & Marina. Most of those parks and restaurants are located within 5 minutes of the property.
