Hi, I'm Jason! We have been welcoming guests since 2016 and have enjoyed hosting hundreds of travelers to our vacation homes. I've traveled to 45 states, 27 countries, and flown over 875k air miles. Currently, I live in Newburyport and have vacation properties in New Hampshire and in Provincetown, MA. I have stayed in multiple homes as part of larger groups of friends, and am always struck by the hospitality of our hosts.

Perfect for solo travelers and couples, this bright, coastal retreat features a queen bed, full kitchen, AC, high-speed WiFi, and access to a shared deck overlooking the harbor. Just steps from Commercial Street, enjoy dining, galleries, and beach access right outside your door.

Neighborhood info

You’ll love how close you are to everything - while still being just far enough removed from the late-night noise of the town center. Located on Bradford Street, this condo sits in a mixed residential area with year-round neighbors, seasonal residents, and other vacation homes. It’s part of what gives Provincetown its charm - so we ask guests to be respectful and mindful that this is a full-time home for many. Please keep noise to a minimum when coming and going, especially during quiet hours from 8pm–8am. As with most of Provincetown, homes are closely spaced. While the area is typically peaceful, occasional neighborhood noise is possible and outside of our control.
