Inside, the living space is bright and modern, with an open layout, lots of natural light, and space to relax. Whip up family favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or window-front dining table. After a day in or on the water, cool off in the central AC while any laundry gets a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or step out to a local restaurant for dinner before calling it a night in either serene bedroom - another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow. Unit 208 is on the left hand side upstairs. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
