This property is so private you don't have to see another person for your entire stay if you don't want to.. You'll have access to 10 private acres and will be conveniently located within minutes from 3 local lakes. 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, 20 minutes form the big Thompson River. Close enough to Loveland, Ft, Collins and Estes Park to enjoy all 3 towns. There's always wildlife near by!
This has been my home for many years and I have decided to share the best months of the year here with you! This is my version of the American dream and I invite you to come experience it.
Each property has it's own private acreage. The neighbors appreciate their peace and privacy as much as you will. No trespassing on neighbor's property. Everyone here is concerned about forest fires so there is a strict no fires rule. I provide a propane fire pit only.
