Mom Villa vừa mới được xây dựng cuối năm 2025 và đi vào hoạt động từ tháng 2, năm 2026. Mom villa nằm trong căn ngõ nhưng khá rộng, xe oto vào thoải mái nhưng vẫn giữ được sự yên bình, tĩnh lặng. Chỉ 5-10phút đi ra Khu du lịch Rừng Dừa Bảy Mẫu, bãi biển Cửa Đại, nằm trong giữa lòng ngôi làng Cẩm Thanh - top 10 ngôi làng đẹp nhất Thế Giới
