Each bungalow is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a clean, cozy bed – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning Sapa landscapes. The stilt house, designed in traditional ethnic style, is ideal for groups or those seeking a more communal and cultural experience. Giay's Local House is located in Ta Van Village - a peaceful settlement of the Giay ethnic people, surrounded by terraced rice fields that are officially recognized as a National Heritage Site. The atmosphere here is serene and authentic, offering a refreshing contrast to the busier tourist hubs of central Sapa. From the homestay, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of mountains and layered rice terraces that stretch across the Muong Hoa Valley. The location offers easy access to many of Sapa’s iconic attractions. It takes just 20–25 minutes to reach the town center, Stone Church, and night market; around 30–40 minutes to the Fansipan cable car station; and about 30 minutes to Cat Cat Village. Closer by, you can explore Muong Hoa Valley, the Cloud Bridge, and the Muong Hoa Stream – all within walking or light trekking distance. The location also serves as a perfect base for longer trekking routes through villages. From Ta Van, you can head toward Giang Ta Chai, the Bamboo Forest, and Su Pan. You can also trek in the opposite direction toward Lao Chai and Y Linh Ho, ending your journey in Sa Pa town.
