The property is a conservation French villa that has been rebuilt so it is brand new in 2026. Once owned by a famous and well loved herbalist and doctor, this property is probably one of the most beautiful villas in the whole of Sapa Town. Set on a hill overlooking the mountain ranges of Sapa, the estate is terraced and houses a mini botanical garden with a rare assortment of highland herbs and fruit trees. The garden is a perfect place to take a morning or evening stroll and enjoy the beauty of this ultra private villa.
The host is an extremely well travelled global citizen who understands the needs of international travellers. Growing up in Australia and having lived extensively across Asia, he and his team bring a wealth of experience and personalized attention that is very different from the mass tourist offerings provided by hotel type accommodations. This villa homestay is a labour of love 💕 and was created to welcome someone special like you. Discerning travellers who value tranquility, privacy and a touch of boutique class.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We are 3 minutes by foot to the most famous landmark in Sapa Town called Sapa Station. This is where the Sun World cable car system (takes you to "the roof of Indochina" called Fansipan Mountain which is 3147.3 m or 10,325.78 ft above sea level! The famous Sa Pa Stone Church (Holy Rosary Church) another iconic architectural landmark is also within sight and a very short stroll away. Even closer is the main Sapa Town Square which is a boisterous gathering place for daily festivals and events which attract visitors from across Vietnam and the world.
