The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that for bookings made by a third party, the property requires an email from the third party granting authorisation to process the payment.

Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID or passport at check-in, along with a birth certificate for children. In the event that guests are unable to present the child’s birth certificate or related documents, the guests have by default, agreed to use the child’s height to determine his or her age.

Smoking outside designated areas will incur an additional charge of VND 3000000.
