Our apartments are brand new, modern, and fully furnished, each with a size of approximately 45 m². Located close to the city center, they are ideal for both short and long stays. The units are equipped with a secure key code entry system, allowing self check-in at any time. Outside, there is a designated area for smoking. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience.

The apartments are situated in a peaceful and safe residential area of Prizren, yet only a short walk from the city center. Nearby, you’ll find all types of shops and services.
