Nova Apartments features 12 brand-new apartments on the 6th floor of Xharra Tower, on Ekrem Rexha Street in Prizren. Located in one of the city’s newest and most modern buildings, the property offers a stylish and comfortable stay in a modern neighborhood. All apartments are spacious, fully furnished, and include a private balcony, making them ideal for guests looking for comfort, space, and contemporary design.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood offers a great mix of modern city living and easy access to Prizren’s main attractions. Guests can reach the City Park in about 5 minutes on foot, while ABI Çarshia and Galeria, two of the city’s main shopping destinations, are around 5–7 minutes away. The historic old town is also just a 10–15 minute walk away, where visitors can explore Shadervan Square, the Sinan Pasha Mosque, the League of Prizren complex, and the city’s famous fortress.
