Denge Homes is a family owned block of 6 flats and an adult learning center. Because the owners live in one of the apartments, building is always clean and well kept. Also, quick in solving any issues might arise. The family members are friendly and helpful. Gülcan will welcome you :)

Fully furnished spacious 2 and 3-bedroom flats in a private building in a very quiet green area at the city centre. The flats have: -A/C in all rooms -WiFi throughout -Instant hot water in all seasons -Smart TV with internet connection -Dishwasher -Washing machine, drying rack, hangers, iron, iron board, cleaning products and toiletries -Fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle and all utensils Pets are not allowed throughout the building. There are two types of flats in the building. Flat 1 and 2:These spacious 100 m² flats have a living room, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. There are two double beds, one single bed, one sofa bed, and a fold-up bed can be provided upon request so it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Flat 3 and 4:These spacious dubleks 100 m² flats have a living room, an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There are one double bed, one single bed, one sofa bed, and a cot can be provided upon request so it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Flat 5 and 6:These spacious 100 m² dubleks flats have two living rooms, an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. There are two double beds, and a cot can be provided upon request so it can accommodate up to 4 guests. ENTIRE FLAT can be booked even by one person with full access to its all appliances and equipment except the vacant bedrooms. In case of booking by less than 6 (Flats 1&2) or 4 (Flats 3&4&5&6) people; vacant bedrooms are kept locked to avoid extra cleaning and energy costs. A double bedroom is prepared for 2 adults and requests to use another extra bedroom are subject to an additional charge.

There are supermarkets, city's weekly farmers market, restaurants, cafe's, pharmacies, gyms and all sorts of shops in the neighbourhood. Also there are two big parks with playground in the neighbourhood. The bus-stop of public transport is in front of building. Guests can reach airport shuttle, and public transport easily after a 2 minutes walk from their flat.
