This property is part of a 2-floor building where the owner also resides. Owner lives on the ground floor and the apartments are on the first floor with a separate entrance. There are two apartments that can be rented. Nicosia's pearl- Smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Nicosia's pearl larger apartment - Larger living room and entrance, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a welcome basket waiting for you inside the apartment consisting of water, fruits and some snacks for guests staying over 5 days. In case you are arriving later at night when grocery stores are closed, you will have something to nibble on! There is free Netflix access as well as free wifi in case you would like to spend time indoors. In the smaller apartment, the living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning units while the second bedroom has a plug in heater/ cooler. In the larger apartment, all rooms have a/c units. I do have two adult dogs in my property but they cannot cross over to your side of the garden. They can bark and show their excitement from time to time, but they are not dangerous. If you are scared, please let us know and we can keep them inside for the duration of your stay as long as the host is at the property.

I love having people from all over the world as it gives me an opportunity to sare with them a bit of our culture. I don't speak English well, but I use a translator on my phone. If there is anything that will make your stay more enjoyable, just say the word!

There are many local attractions nearby. A supermarket, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a restaurant all within 100 meters of walking distance. More cafes and local stores are present within a kilometer from the house. The shopping and entertainment district called "dereboyu" is within a short walking distance which is about a kilometer away. The property is about 200 meters from the Agios Dometios crossing point, which makes it very convenient for guests who would like to visit both sides of the island.
