Being born in this city, I feel extremely lucky and I believe that everyone should experience Famagusta and the Cypriot way of living. I am a dedicated host and the satisfaction of all customers is my top priority.

This unique place has a style of its own. Located in the city centre with breath taking panoramic views, fitted with luxurious furniture and appliances. All the utility bills (electricity, water and wi-fi) are included in the price.

Neighborhood info

The penthouse is less than 5 mins drive from Old Town of Famagusta and only a few minutes walking distance from the vibrant Ismet Inonu Street with many restaurants, shops, cafes and supermarkets. The listing is 25 min drive to Boğaz harbour which has many seaside restaurants that serve fresh fish and traditional dishes. The central location of the listing also allows travelling to many other popular spots in Cyprus in less than 1 hour, including capital city Nicosia, picturesque harbour city of Kyrenia and the Karpas Peninsula. The penthouse is located in the city center of Famagusta. It is only a few minutes walking distance away from lively Ismet Inonu Street of Famagusta with many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is recommended to rent a car during the stay in Cyprus for ease of transport. There is a dedicated off-street parking space at the ground floor for the guests to park free of charge.
