Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, 10 Seaview Close is a gorgeous self-catering holiday home situated within the secure and picturesque Shelley Point Estate. This is a great option for a family getaway on the West Coast as this property is within walking distance from the beach. This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed; however, only one of these rooms features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee bar, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating and a TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, this space also has a built-in indoor braai.
