A brand new build, our stylish Riverside Oaks is perfect for a family or couples sharing for a special getaway. The house is within walking distance of all the Shops, Galleries and excellent Restaurants in and around the Village at the same time being extremely private and secure. The House comprises of 3 double bedrooms all en suite and a down stairs guest cloakroom. A large open plan kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room leading out to a private enclosed garden and pool area.

Neighborhood info

Set in a complex of 3 houses just off Dirkie Uys Street. Beautiful houses in an old area of Franschhoek. The Saturday market in the Old Church grounds is in walking distance and a must for guests. Parking in the roads of Franschhoek is free and easy to find. Please do not pay "Parking attendants" as Franschhoek does not employ them. Walking is very accessable to anywhere in the Village so often a car is not needed.
