This apartment has been a labour of love with recent renovations being undertaken so that if I were a guest i would be happy to spend my holiday here. It has a newly refreshing clean feel about it and certainly has a great view over the ocean. What a pleasure just to walk 20 metres and feel the coolness of the ocean and sand.
I am a travel consultant with 30 years experience in the industry and pride myself on offering a quality service to all my clients and guests. Having travelled around the world 3 times in my lifetime I have learnt that a warmth and going that extra mile always brings happiness and a smile to those you help. I am here to assist with advice and suggestions and look forward to welcoming you to stay at 308 St Tropez.
The beachfront area is safe for all ages and the apartment is also very near to the Strand Surf Life Saving Club and this beach is very popular with both surfers and windsurfers. Weekends especially bring out the youth to enjoy watersports and bathing which is the safest in False Bay. The area is home to many wonderful restaurants and bars with the several excellent restaurants situated along the beachfront itself. The Sanctuary Mall has very recently opened close by (only 5 minutes from the apartment) and is home to supermarkets and several great restaurants with a wooden viewing deck for patrons over the sanctuary lake. Also very close by is the World famous Cheetah Outreach programme with its headquarters at the Paardevlei nature reserve. For the golfing enthusiast the Strand golf course is a mere minute or so away from your apartment and if you just want to hit a few balls, the Vodacom driving Range is only 5 minutes away and is also home to a few restaurants. For the wine enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Helderberg and there are endless superb vineyards within 15 minutes drive offering wonderful tasting opportunities and a range of top-notch restaurants on several of t
