80-on-Kendal Self-Catering Guesthouse has been operating for more than 20 years. We have accommodated 1000's of guests over the years and they have trusted us to give them a home away from home. Many of our guests have become friends and return month after month, year after year.

80 Kendal Self-Catering Guesthouse offers 4x 1-bedroom apartments and 2x 2-bedroom apartments in Eversdal, Durbanville. All the apartments consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge. The lounge has a smart TV and (limited) DSTV channels. Each apartment has its own parking bay which is behind a security gate. There is a communal barbeque (braai) area with a patio table and chairs, and this is also behind the security gate.

Neighborhood info

Eversdal, Durbanville is an established, upmarket, very safe and family orientated neighborhood. The Tygervalley and Willowbridge Malls are about 3kms away that have the best shops and restaurants. There is a convenience store less than a kilometer away and a beautiful park is literally around the corner. It has nice walking pathways, and it is very common to see people either running or walking in the neighborhood. Eversdal is close to the N1 Highway, and the airport is 20 minutes' drive away.
