A Perfect is 4 star graded, self-catering apartment situated in the prime neighborhood of Wellington and is in close proximity to the town and surrounding wine farms. The unit is situated on the bottom floor of the main house (the owner lives on the top floor) and entrance is through private remote-controlled entrance gate and front door, The apartment is spacious, stylized furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large size fridge freezer, built in oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. Bedrooms are very modern each with an en-suite bathroom and equipped with an air conditioner, television and build in cupboards. The beds are covered with good quality, crisp white linen. Bathroom towels and a starter pack which include soap, conditioning shampoo and toilet paper are supplied. Complete Satellite TV package and free Wi-Fi is available. Outside is a lovely patio barbeque area with lovely mountain views and with entrance gate to the swimming pool. Secure parking for up to 3 vehicles is available. The unit is equipped with double glazed windows and air conditioners to cover for the extreme summer temperatures (up to 44°C.)

I relocated to Wellington in 1998 and immediately fell in love with all the Winelands had to offer. I love traveling and meeting people with different cultures. Through traveling, I always learn new ideas and concepts when staying in guesthouses and self-catering apartments. The neighbourhood is safe and surrounded by mountains and vineyards, making it the ideal place to relax. Close to the unit is the start of the well-known 5 km, Perdeskoen route. The route runs between farms and vineyards and is popular with cyclists, joggers and walkers. Opposite A Perfect, is a lovely Municipal park with swings and slides for children. General information: Normal neighbourhood rules apply. Respect neighbours at all time and no music, loud activities, parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours between 23h00 – 7h00 with no outside activities during this period. The different booking options with pricing available are based on the total amount of guests. Please make 100% sure correct option is selected. Guests full name with necessary identification are required with check in. Exceeding the maximum occupancy as quoted will result in termination of your booking without a refund. No visitors allowed. The unit is serviced/cleaned before check in and once a week if stay is longer than 7 days, however extra cleaning services is available at R450 per service. Booking essential at least 2 days before cleaning service is required No smoking inside the unit. No pets allowed.
