Nestled in the beautiful picturesque valley of Matjiesrivier, at the foothills of the majestic Swartberg Mountains, Aloe Valley Retreat offers two cosy and comfortable self catering cottages, located 45km from Oudtshoorn Central. The cottages each have their own private porches with a beautiful view of the Swartberg Mountains, a well established garden with rolling lawns. Cool off in the beautiful pool during the hot Karoo summers. Or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and natural surroundings Karoo life has to offer. The cottages are ideally suited to couples or a small family. The property boasts over 300 year old Aloe plants.

The world famous Cango Caves are within close proximity and the delightful, historic town of Prince Albert can be accessed over the Swartberg Pass or through Meiringspoort. Horse riding and hikes can be arranged.
