Exclusive beach home just 250 steps from Golden Mile Beach. Enjoy space, comfort, and relaxation while staying at The Anchorage. The home features two bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a family bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a TV and indoor fireplace. Outside, you'll find a spacious entertainment area with a shaded braai, an additional lapa, and a swimming pool. Unwind in the loft reading and workspace, complete with a shaded patio. House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A R2,000 penalty fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking indoors.
