Avemore was established in 2008 with beautiful apartments in central Stellenbosch. Our Olive farm Le Verger in devon Valley is our latest edition to our portfolio, we are super excited to welcome you soon.

Property info

Avemore Le Verger Olive apartment is a spacious fully furnished space designed for your comfort. You will find the lounge/dining/kitchen area lovely and inviting, the washer/dryer, dishwasher etc will ensure a comfortable stay. At le verger we have back up during loadshedding, we are a family friendly space and your little one is most welcome, you can let us know if you would like us to provide you with a crib, baby chair and baby bath. The king size best is super comfy with crisp linen provided. You will have a spot to do some work during your stay should you wish to do that. Feel like a early jog or walk up to the beautiful Olive grove to enjoy the most spectacular views you are most welcome to do so. The beautiful pool area and barbeque spot is a firm favorite to all our guets. At le verger we make use of natural water that goes through a extensive purification system and is safe to use, their might be a slight colour difference to the water. You will find ample safe parking behind electrical gates at Le Verger. The wild gardens are perfect to enjoy a picnic with your family. In the Devon valley you will find many wonderful wine farms to explore, central of town is only a few minutes away. We look forward to welcome you.

Le Verger is situated in the much-loved Devon Valley, you will find top class wine farms and wedding venues nearby. The views in the valley are spectacular. Being so close to town central makes the Devon Valley a must visit spot. Cape town air port is only 20 min drive from Le Verger. You will find the beautiful Asara wine farm nearby.
