Sea, beach and lagoon on your doorstep. Nature, bird sanctuary and wild horses too. Sunsets and mountains top up this naturally magnificent location. Easy access to the lagoon for water sports such as swimming, SUP boarding, windsurfing, kiting, fishing, bird watching, hiking, canoeing etc. A perfect location for relaxing and unwinding, with long sunset walks along the beach, outdoor braai for summer evenings, watching the flamingoes and other sea birds coming home to roost... tranquillity at its finest!

As a family we love exploring and having adventures around the world. At Sandown Bay we regularly enjoy Hobie Catting, kiting and SUP boarding. It is our privilege and pleasure to share this special place with your family and friends.

Sandown Synergy is located within a nature reserve, in a small secluded estate with direct access to the lagoon. The estate has beautiful gardens and little pathways running through it, which is perfect for walking and viewing the surroundings. It is also a great area for the children to run around and explore. There is beautiful wildlife including wild horses and flamingos in the area and is well known for being a tranquil and picturesque getaway spot. There is a large and a small kiddies swimming pool by the club house, as well as tennis courts, children's playground and a small shop for your use. Hermanus and all its attractions is a 20 minute drive away and there is a local restaurant a few minutes drive away. Benguela Cove Wine Estate is also close by and offers exquisite vies of the lagoon, beautiful art, wine tastings, fantastic food and even miniature adventure golf!
