Beautiful modern home, in the leafy northern suburb of Ridgeworth, in Cape Town. This free standing house is close to major highways; with easy access to Cape Town and the majestic Cape wine routes (Stellenbosch, Durbanville and Paarl). Features include: a solar and inverter system for loadshedding, high speed uncapped Wi-Fi, washing machine, large open-plan living space and an indoor barbeque. A covered patio leads to a swimming pool (with solid cover) and landscape garden.
Travel-loving wife, mother and grandmother. Entrepreneur. Love cooking, interior design and art.
Leafy suburb on the doorstep of the Durbanville wine-route. Safe, pleasant neighbourhood for those wanting to exercise (walk, run or cycle). Situated 1 kilometer from Tygervalley shopping centre and the open-air Willowbridge Mall and 1.2 kilometers from the Tyger Waterfront.
