Includes a modern kitchen, satellite television, free uncapped Wi-Fi, double garage, a cosy wood burner, alarm system and electric fencing for peace of mind. Entertain your family and friends in true Capetonian style, socializing over a true South African braai area. Experience the pleasure and enjoy sharing a holiday home that provides separate en-suite bathrooms and a shared living space. This picturesque private garden has unspoilt exclusive views, where sugarbirds & Weaver Birds nest in the reeds. Perfectly located to go hiking, cycling, exploring Stellenbosch and visiting wine farms. For the nature lovers hiking and cycling on our doorstep. A great location to use as a base to explore all surrounding attractions. Easy access to wine farms, Stellenbosch town, 20 minutes to closest beach, 30 minutes to Franschhoek and 45 minutes to Cape Town.

Situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands, with two major golf courses, award winning vineyards, restaurants and the historical town of Stellenbosch, all within a 5 minute drive. Create lifelong memories with your family and friends in Charming Villa. Unspoilt views of the vineyards and the exquisite mountains.The home is in a quite residential neighbourhood so we request our guests be considerate to our neighbors. The home is "strictly NOT suitable for noisy groups and parties". We would appreciate guests consideration. For our guests peace of mind and safety Charming Villa has an electric fence around the entire property, as well as a top of the range alarm system which is linked to a security company that patrols our neighbourhood. These are precautions to keep our guests and the contents of the house safe. The alarm system will be explained on check in.
