Our favourite place during the summer months, is dining alfresco under the big tree in the garden. We are a 2 minute walk to the village centre, restaurants and dining and a short drive to popular wine farms. The space As you come into the house, the kitchen, lounge and dining area is open plan. There is a scullery with a wash up sink, 2 x fridges and the washing machine. The dishwasher is located in the kitchen, as well as the oven, microwave and warming draw. The master bedroom is spacious, with an ensuite bathroom hosting a walk in shower and slipper bath. The second bedroom access is in the house with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is accessed off the outside patio and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside you will find a large covered patio with a braai, dining and sitting area. A large table is in the garden under the tree. An automated gate with off road parking for 4 cars. The house is serviced once a week and there is a gardener twice a week.
