De Uijlenes is a wedding venue and working family farm located near Gansbaai & Stanford in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. Close to wineries and mountain biking & hiking routes - you can come back and soak in the hot tub after a hard day in the saddle, or winetasting. The charming art town of Baardskeerdersbos is just a 10minute drive away, and shark cage diving and whale watching can be done in Gansbaai, which is just a 10min ganter down the road. Visit Stanford to browse the many curio shops, or dine at one of the many restaurants - or just stay on the farm and relax in the hot tub. If ESKOM is loadshedding, you will still have power due to our auto switch on the industrial generator located on the farm. We do have some very friendly dogs on the farm, Bobby will adopt you if you let him. If you don't like dogs, just let us know and we will keep the at the main house to stop them from roaming. Each of our cottages has a hot tub, feature shower, braai's, indoor fireplace for heating, wifi, smart tv, streaming netflix. Guests are free to wander around the farm and talk to the many animals we have on the property.

We have a friendly team that works together to make sure your stay is fun and exceptional. Juanita is always a friendly face in the office when you arrive and she is available by whatsapp during your stay.
