Peaceful 35m² studio cottage with your own private entrance, garden seating, and secure parking. Double bed, full kitchen with gas hob, dining table, smart TV, and rainfall shower. Close to the N2 yet wonderfully quiet — our guests always comment on it. We've been hosts for several years and are delighted to now offer this newly converted cottage at our Sedgefield home.
